Furnished for 4 People, wooden floor, Floor Rugs, and Decorative rugs.

Terms & Conditions of Tipi Hire

These terms and conditions are issued as part of your booking contract with us & are in addition to the campsite terms & conditions, This is with your safety and enjoyment in mind. We cannot accept any liability if they are not strictly adhered to. Please read and observe them

Arrival  Your tipi will be available from 2pm.

Departure Please vacate by 12 noon, unless prior arrangement with Sally

Cancellation •  A deposit of £100.00 per Tipi is taken at the time of Booking , this is Non-Refundable, If Notice is given 4 weeks prior to booking and the Tipi can be re-booked, we can transfer your dates if space permits with the £100.00 in tact.   In the event of unforeseen circumstances on our part, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time up to your arrival date, by either telephone or in writing. In these circumstances a full refund of all monies paid will be made.

Breakages and Losses •  Please report any damage or breakages at the time they happen. •  An inventory of items provided for your use will be provided on arrival. •  On departure, the tipi should be left clean and tidy & as you found it. •  We reserve the right to inspect before departure and charge for any broken, damaged or missing items •

Fire Risk Fire Pit only to be used outside the Tipi at least 3 meters away. The kelly Kettles to be used only on a base, ( which is provided).  No cooking stoves, are allowed in the tipi

Please take great care when starting, and attending to the fire & do not go to bed until the fire is out •  Follow the instruction given with your Fire Pit.   No other naked flames are allowed in the tipi. All tea lights must be used within the lanterns and extinguished before retiring to bed. •  No smoking in the tipi. Please familiarise yourselves with the campsite fire points& equipment • Fire buckets are provided with each Tipi.   • 

Noise Please respect your fellow Tipi dweller, no amplified music, strictly quiet time after 11pm.

Severe weather • Whilst our Tipi's are fitted with rain catchers and Tipi's can drip rainwater off off the poles, we have fitted a unique system which we hope and so far this year has been successful in eradicateing this problem.If severe weather is forecast , we will contact you to advise and discuss your stay.We hope your stay is blessed with good weather.

  Liability We cannot accept any responsibility for your possessions, or for personal injury sustained whilst camping or using fires

  • •  Only those registered for the tipi hire are allowed in the tipi.
  • Sorry strictly No Pets In the Tipi
