We only host a small number of weddings a year. Longthorns offers the perfect wedding venue, 3 ceremony locations, a fully dressed marquee with chivari chairs, tables and linen for 120 guests. Camping & Glamping including our new TipeeCo's with Kingsize beds, all in one location.

The Old Dairy Palour

The Parlour, an events venue preserved in the old traditional style. In a civilisation saturated with technology, Longthorns offers a quiet retreat for weddings and corporate events with all the comfort they should bring, Longthorns is a refuge. We seek to provide you with a calming atmosphere and tranquil event. So if it is a wedding you want to organise or an away day for your staff, our doors are wide open to any and everybody; please contact us and perhaps say hello to our Alpacas.

Please note we cannot take bookings for weddings from mid-July to the end of August, Easter and Bank Holidays.

Exclusive use venue hire from 10 am on arrival to 2 pm on departure day (2 nights stay)

Fully lined marquee with Chandelier or Rustic Cartwheel lighting, cream or Hessian linings covered flooring.

Chivari chairs for up to 120 people. (Extra can be hired in)

Fully licensed and staffed bar (closes at 11.30 pm).

Online guest booking service included in above
We offer an online guest booking service to enable your family and friends to book their accommodation direct with Longthorns.

If your guests are paying for their accommodation, this will be deducted from the balance of your final wedding payment.

To complete your wedding day, the Longthorns Alpacas 🦙 can make an appearance.
